The production of evidence in the context of construction arbitration is a very complex issue, consisting of a form of contradictory manifestation within the scope of the procedure and being essential for the observance of due process of law. It is an extremely important subject and deserves the attention it has been receiving recently.
The 2023 SPAW event of the IBDIC – Brazilian Institute of Construction Law will enrich the debate on this subject, in order to seek the realization of the most recommendable practices with regard to the matter in question.
